Stop limiting your miracles

Your miracles are limited only by your beliefs .

We believe in scientific knowledge, in physics and biology and chemistry, etc. If someone suggests an outcome outside of scientific knowledge, we believe them to be naive, or confused, or delusional. We are willing to believe in medical answers, economic answers, scientific answers. With every new stride in science, people expand their view of what’s possible. Because of breakthroughs in quantum physics, people can accept results they could not have accepted a decade ago.

Yet in actuality, nothing more is possible today than last year or last century or last millennia.

If you want bigger miracles, you have to accept bigger possibilities.

A client of mine said recently, “It takes too much energy to believe.” She was referring to her inability to imagine resolving a health issue from the inside out, but I was struck by the idea that belief takes energy because of course that isn’t true. Believing takes absolutely no energy. Trying to believe can take a great deal of energy.

For instance, you may want to believe you can float on air, but you believe in gravity. You know the earth exerts a gravitational pull on everything within range—including the moon. You have no experience of anything floating on air, so to believe you could float on air, you would have to stop believing in gravity. No matter how much energy you expended in affirmations and visualizations, as long as you believe in the pull of gravity that belief will keep you on the ground. Yet there are stories of yogis climbing self-suspended ropes. Are the stories false? Perhaps those yogis had never heard of gravity so they had no strong belief to overcome.

Anything you want to have will be bounded by your beliefs. You will acquire as much money as you believe you can have. You will know as much love as you believe you can have. You will rise as far within your company as you believe you can go.

Anything you want to do will be bounded by your beliefs. You can heal yourself to the extent you believe you can. You can create whatever you believe you can create. You can acquire and/or access the amount of power you believe can be yours.

Anything you want to be will be bounded by your beliefs.

Whatever you believe in becomes true for you. If something doesn’t become true for you, you have a belief that limits it.

Some beliefs, of course, just seem to make sense. You have talents in some areas and not in others. It makes more sense to cultivate the talents you have than struggle with those you do not. The situation you are in may present challenges and/or opportunities that offer so much room to grow and develop it doesn’t make sense to desert your own ship and swim to someone else’s.

It’s been said that anything the human mind can conceive—and believe in—it can achieve.

Anything you can conceive—and believe in—you can achieve.

If you want different results, change your beliefs.
